Valet parking is offered at a discounted rate for your guests. Parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom.
Special room rates are available for your out-of-town wedding guests. Rooms and rates are subject to availability. A complimentary deluxe guestroom for the bride and groom on their wedding night is included in each wedding package.

Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5PM.
All food and beverage must be catered through the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in San Diego. A 24% Service Charge will be applied to all food and beverage items. Current sales tax will be added to all food prices and miscellaneous fees. Taxes are subject to change without notification. A non-refundable advance deposit of 25% of the total event fee is required along with a signed copy of the Catering Contract. Payment in full is required prior to your event.
A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
